The KENYA COMMUNITY ALLIANCE MOVEMENTK remains the only movement with an official position on the 2011 Constitution. We believe it is regressive in several provisions and needs revisiting to ensure unhindered governance by locally elected officials.
- Constitutional Review: Within the first 100 days, we will engage the British Government to agree on a process for constitutional review.

Training and Succession Planning
- Implement an aggressive training plan to enhance skills in the Civil Service.
- Ensure qualified Kenyans occupy senior positions in ministries and departments.
- Introduce optional bi-monthly salary payment schemes for established staff.
Physical Work Environment
Members of the Civil Service have worked under strenuous conditions. A KENYA COMMUNITY ALLIANCE MOVEMENTK Government will commission a review of physical working conditions and prepare an aggressive repairs plan.
Benefits and Incentives
- Review compensation packages to ensure fair assessment and material benefits.
- Reinstate pensions and gratuities for post-1992 staff.
- Introduce cost-of-living allowance increases where necessary.
Local Representation and Dialogue
