The Natural Environment – Land and Sea
“Development has brought prosperity to some, but the benefits of development have not gone to all our people, and it has come at a great price – the price of our natural heritage. This is unfortunate because protecting the environment and developing our country do not have to be mutually exclusive. We can and must do both. The preservation of our culture, economy, and quality of life depend on it.”
